CodeFlashNow provides temporary and rental phone numbers for SMS verification purposes. Our services include:

• One-time OTP numbers for SMS verification
• Dedicated rental numbers for extended use
• eSIM data packages for international use

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraud, spam, or any deceptive practices
• Bypass security measures of any third-party platform
• Create multiple accounts on platforms in violation of their terms of service
• Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or entity

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed in USD. Account balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated below:

• OTP orders are automatically refunded if no SMS code is received within 20 minutes of purchase
• Rental cancellations within the allowed window may be eligible for a refund at our discretion
• We do not offer refunds for unused account balance

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Number availability may vary by country and service type. Temporary unavailability of certain numbers or regions does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on CodeFlashNow are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeFlashNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
